I finished the altMBA workshop yesterday, No, not another training, not another workshop. It’s been far more than that. For me, it’s been a revelation.
Imagine a place where people are eager to learn. Eager to contribute and eager to help. Think about a place where you can give your opinion regardless of who you are, where you come from or what your professional background is. You won’t be judged for your thoughts. But you get a ton of helpful feedback instead. Learn to know yourself and others better. Learn to see.
altMBA teaches people to change their minds.

The „Musketeer Spirit“ is far from dead. But instead of fighting for the king the whole tribe supports its most important asset: each and every member of the group.
